Over four decades ago, Ada Bozo started cooking in Maracaibo, Venezuela — with a simple dream: to help her family. Her sazón won over the palates of the whole state of Zulia. Then it crossed borders.
Nestico’s is a brand rooted in the hearts of Venezuelans — and today, in the hearts of Latin Americans across the United States as well. Every arepa, every patacón, every tequeño carries that history with it.

Led by family
Today the kitchen is led by Ada’s son, Néstor Ríos, and her grandson — the third generation. They grew up on these flavors, and they guard them like family treasures. Because they are.
